Highly doubt it, look at patch version 12.8 which means hasn't been updated since Oscar, and it's not bad for that few extra points in bow...

ql200 would be way overpowered. But at level 10 it can make the difference between being oe or not so i like it, just can't find the Oscar to actually get one.

For those who're trying to get a bow on that aren't MA or MP and have the almighty Mystical Green Hood, this could be the only item you can get that'll get that bow on. Good luck

Dancing, what are you talking about... +1 to 10 bow isn't going to help very much at all, considering this drops off a leet of about level 5... you aren't going to find it in ql's much higher =/

Found a ql 200 off of a griefing uncle pumpkin head during the halloween event, although it only adds 80 to each skill instead of the 200 shown
