Huh? Why on earth would you not use implants?
I won't do the math, but 241 should be somewhere around level 50 give or take. What it comes down to is NOT WORTH IT. Just do it proper dude. Use implants, you don't even need custom ones, just check general store enforcer implants. Chest & Right Arm I think. Get some NCU, use all the buffs you can (general +12, +20 expertiese, 131 wrangle, etc...) and you can just skip this weapon completely and go straight for Neleb's Nightmare Battlerod instead. Don't think it should be hard even for a froob with like QL 30 gimplants at level 24.

* general +12 ability boost for the abilities needed, and if you're enf you should have a low level +14? or so 2hb buff as well.
