wtf? it doesnt even use enough ncu to be worth mentioning, and stacks with all other AC/hp buffs. You only need 1 hp to win.

all you should be looking at is the NR here people, the other extras are there as well, but this is a NR add buff. the best one gives you 140, just like most weapon buffs, or RI which gives 120 to 3 regular evades. For me to take someone seriously when they say "this is useless" it would have to give less NR than our Dark Movement evade buff, AND IT DOESN'T, so stfu and use this buff it will help. And like the above comments say, it uses very little NCU (but you should see that as an advantage in this case).

as Ladunker says, it's the NR that's important, not the hp or AC's..
