I was pleasantly surprised by this gun. I found it in a mission, decided to test it on my trader. With barely enough pistol skill to wield it, it was critting for 3k. With Fling shot skill, the recharge on fling will be only eight seconds. With ~500 skill my trader had a five second fling recharge.

Using teamed with Type 4 KPistol atm.
Very nice crits on my doc (3.8k) and super fast fling.
Seeing as many docs raise/use pistol and shottie...not a bad option.
Even in SL with a nice crit scope/MoP/Chem Aruls...gives ok min dmg, and fat crits.
Worth a look.

Equiped this x2 at my 150ish trader that can easily reach 50 crit chance with industrial / corporate protection.
It's freaking insane. Critting for 3800 ish, easily 1/1 full def with 750 ranged init, since its duck exp rocks on BS 151-200 capping 1/3 damage all the time.
Disavantages: low ammo clip and really low range.
