This also modifies the nano controller the Agent possesses, allowing the use of Bureaucrat-only nano formulas (but not the use of any Bureaucrat pet shells). Unfortunately this causes the nano controller to operate in a sub-optimal fashion.

True, but since charmed mobs/pets don�t cast anymore, all but attackpet would be pretty useless.
