Bugged, supposedly drops only from lvl1 pumpkinheads. Check out official forum. Seems like it can be hunted in Athen Shire and a few other low areas.

only lootable from lvl 1 pumpkins. u can find them with luck in areas with small monster lvls. best chance to loot them is to be lucky enough to be there when there is a random spawn by gm/event. got mine by Tarib during a aoradio party in reets. IT ROCKS! ^^
