The Tsunami Military University did 24 years of research on grenade-launchers, and this weapon is the end product. It is named after Professor Raiden, inventor of the 'shatterpill' present in the missile. Production is licensed to MTI.
This weapon can be upgraded further. It is possible to upgrade with a new clip which can hold more ammo.
