Kyr Pistols deserve type 5,, like the energy, and machine , aned even kyrozch carbine get.
type 5 would be the perfect replacement for lowbies using a cdr as a main weapon, (or offhand like my engi).
I suppose you could always work to a ofab peregrine mk5/6 instead, for the specials and an untyped kyr pistol as offhand..
