this is dropped in adonis, off the soul dredges, it comes in a sealed Light Perennium Container, requires 1000 B&E to open and get the Blackpack out

The HP is ..... ok, the evades while low are still nice. The AC's are pure garbage (GTA from ToTW is far better for evades and requirement to equip), the runspeed/inits/percep/conceal are so low they do not even deserve to be mentioned. There are FAR better items in game then this .... it's a nice novelty at best it's not useless, but far from best choice at any level.

Far, far better than GTA. the the runspeed/inits/percep/conceal are not "so low they do not even deserve to be mentioned" but more of an added bonus to a low lvl item with nice +hp and evades.

The comparison to GTA was for the AC's ..... and requirements to equip. As for the rest ... it's still true, while being a "neat" novelty item, there are far better choices for a back item then this. And yes, the runspeed/inits/percep/conceal do not deserve to be mentioned, they will affect nothing and give no noticeable bonus's, other back items will provide much morein benefits then this item could ever hope to, which is plain to see.

Playshift requirement is there to force everyone who had it before 15.4 patch to remove it (ie. those who are not Opifex).

I'll put my cash for the suit, evade-wise, BUT. Not all of us are MAs.
I have this on my opi keeper.
Basically, this is, in my opinion, top back armor for opi characters who aren't MAs or fixers, before they'll put on theit Notus or bloodsoaked cloaks.

What's the droprate on this item and wich mob drops it? i got info that Black drops it underwater Adonis:

Even as an opi, it's a LOT easier to get 375 STR/STAM than 450 sense, at tl3. Especially if you want to stay out of OE.
