As far as I can remember, Fast Attack is capped at 6 sec, and Brawl is fixed at 15 sec. ;)

using them dual wield atm @ lvl 135 (yes still) and dont know if i should go for Gelids or Crispy since Gelids have higher min dmg but no brawl and Crispy got far lower min dmg but Sneak and Dimach ....

i don't know if i'm just really lucky or what - camping dryads for fun and profit, haven't seen the other weaps, but i've gotten 3 drops for 10 kills of this. almost makes me wish i had a lowbie enf twink...

User Expansion sets & Shadowlands and
Means froobs cannot use this. You need to have SL. Froobs might use Chiroptera instead
