Yes, Crypt of Home, and it drops fairly often near the entrance so you don't have to go too far in. Get an escort in and go grab it! This combined with a Customized Desert Reet from Foreman's will take you far.

To wield two weapons you need the amount of MR/MM required by the lowest of the two - lowest in MR/MM that is (i.e. in this case CDR with 296)
