Another good place: Nascence and kill Tempertus birds. (They are white snowy angel like birds.)

They drop chapters pretty easily there. I couldnt find Chapter 4 there though. Then again it could just not be dropping for me. I did the quest for Chapter 4.

I found all four chapters while killing Tempertus birds.
