Was never implemented into game as a use, like so many other items, they half assed.. just fodder do bad you couldn't use ot for AF armor lol..

It's a shame you can't wield these as a weapon or something. Not because they'd be uber or anything, but... carrying around some guy's head! How cool would that be?
