Nice replacement of the Nova Flow Mk IV gun series at high QLs, before you switch to the Nophex, for example (which employs a similar skillset in the requirements as the Nova Flows). Has the advantage of not using Ranged Energy together with Assault Rifle (in regard to nano skills). Downside is (probably) the availability of this gun, aside of the fact it's hardly known.

Also, as another bonus, this gun checks duck explosives, which is usually the lowest evade skill. The inner circle flamer does as well. Too bad both are rare :-(.
