You need 341 in Sneak attack for an adv and 101 for a shade, I think.

This is a special attack that can be used by shades and adventurers, and as mentioned it's not a perk. The special requires you to have enough sneak attack skill to gain it, and to use it you need a weapon that has the sneak attack special. You also need to be behind the target while he fights someone else in order to land this attack. Also note that Backstab locks Sneak Attack. I'm not sure if frooblets can use it, but I don't see why not. I post this of course with some reservation, as this was found in a forum thread dating back to 2003 and things could have changed since then.
