I dont know... I saw the Skull of the Ancient drop off Aztur a while ago, and had never seen it, or even heard of it before then.

It is believed to drop off Lien.

HOWEVER, the droprate is mythical - which is to say, NOBODY EVER SAW IT.

So I guesswe might jsut as well consider it non ingame.

Skarmory..I agree. This is a VERY VERY ULTRA VERY VERY ULTRA MEGA SUPER ULTRA RARE ITEM. Its not even in the game as far as i know, but some people say it does exsist...YEAH RIGHT !

it would rock if they increased droprates of the Totw imps with LE. My pvp twink would rock with keepers vit and this.

someone posted this today on OT OOC at ToTW, dropped of Lien apparently - said it dropped b4 LE came out but he may have been full of it - no mention of it in patch notes tho. any, camping Lien for the next 2 years it looks like :)...

postin an item ingame doesnt really mean that ppl have it. I have posted my 131 wrangle graft all the time, doesnt mean its ingame. Some of us know how to make scripts that look like items. I have a few of my own, if i wanted to waste the time...im sure i could make this one. I want a screenie for proof!!!

Why doesn't anyone understand the concept of epic drops? Its not going to drop very often, thats what makes it special.

The problem is, it doesn't "not drop very often." That would be something like GTA or KV.. You can go for an incredible amount of time camping GoT or Gartua and never see one. Inner Faith is just... impossible to find. IF this was/is ingame, my guess is that only two or three ever dropped, ever.. and it isn't even THAT good..

I have been playing this game 6 years and never once seen this item. I have over 80 gta's on alts drop rate 1 in 6. about 12 eye implants from totw drop rate about 1 in 12 not sure but it is definately more that 1 in 6. I have never seen Lien drop an implant. So I would definately say that this implant does not exist in game.

Could possibly exist now that Skull of the Ancient is confirmed to be in game; will update if I get a confirmed drop

you know, they probably never put this in the drop tables because they realized it was understat compared to the other totw implants. all the other ones give impossible stats for normal implants: abilities on the head, nano resist and health in the eye, damage in Right arm and nano skills in the wrist... apart from the ac's and split nanoskills there isn't much going for this compared to a normal chest implant.

Since 2015, the Skull of the Ancient drops but Inner Faith still doesn't.
