Most (if not all) fixer NCU buffs are (dyna?-)boss loots, so camp them or buy from other players. Pretty common drops from the dynabosses, at least the low to medium level versions.

Guess not, it's dyna or boss loot, i just checked. So many fixer nanos are like that :s
