Note that if you try to combine this with a QL 200 Mass Relocating Robot, it will give you a message that the QL is too low. A QL 40 should be sufficient for any and all combines you can do with the end result of this gadget.

I created a new Fixer for farming PPPE's. So far I have found this one today, just a few minutes ago. I believe the mission sliders were set to LLMMMR (not 100% sure what they were, as I was trying different settings) was about my 10th mission in a row. I was level 10, mission QL was also 10. It dropped from a "Fresh Engineer" in an Omni Forrest mission. All the mobs(mobiles) were humanoids in the mission as well. Oh, and it was a Find Item mission. I hope this information helps someone trying to get these for their Tradeskiller! :)

Oops, the mission was picked up in Rome Blue, and the Mission itself was in Galaway Shire :)
