in foremans the toxic floaters and bloaters drops sometimes that but what can i do with this?

They have a pretty low droprate in foremans, is there an alternative? in SL perhaps?

The best places i've found for getting notum chips have been from:
1. Foremans/Biomare dungeon
2. Bileworms from the Longest road ruins (right up the road from foremans)
3. Medusa mobs
4. Mission chests.
5. Reets in the Backyard areas of major cities (for low level chips and fragments)
