hmm so this item has been in the game for 3 years . and noone still dont know what it is .. common FC tell us what it is for .

And how do you know? Unless you know the recipe there is no way to tell what it is for. I know the recipe, and it is for making sureshot glasses. I have actually made a few. What you are doing is just assuming I am wrong.

you make sureshot glasses? only way i know to get sureshot glasses is fro admiral,kindly enlighten us with your trick of making sureshot glasses

It took me a while to figure this one out. I think there might be other people that have discovered it earlier, but kept quiet about it. I also think Funcom never intended the sureshot glasses to be loot, but we never figured out the recipe so they made it available through loot as well. Just my thoughts about it.
I made some cash from this, but the market for sureshot glasses is now flooded so this is recipe is not particularly useful any more.
